Ciao! I'm Clarissa. Born in 1995, I am a photographer & creative of Sicilian origin, raised in Switzerland and based in Berlin since 2016.
After completing my degree in Photography in Berlin (2017–2021),
I developed a documentary practice, centered around archives,
youth culture, and the people who are part of the creative spaces I move through.
Through my work, I seek to create a visual record of my generation, that define a specific time and place.
Alongside my personal projects, I have collaborated with brands, companies, and cultural institutions on a wide range of projects spanning documentary, product & fashion photography, livestream productions, social media content, and event documentation.
Beyond photography, I have also worked as a booking and casting Agent, as well as in production - gaining experience across different aspects of creative and cultural projects.
I strive to create meaningful connections, represent the communities that surround me, and photograph people's lives because I value them. I approach my subjects with softness, care, and empathy - seeking to create images rooted in trust, attentiveness, and mutual respect.
We can communicate in German, Italian, French and English.
Currently living and working in Berlin.
